i just wanted to share my experience with stretching my ears… maybe i am doing it improperly, but i buy the half moon and studs… i stretch using the half moon and follow with a stud… and just wait for it to heal.. i do take it out periodically to clean my ear and the jewelry.. im currently at 0, but i think im going to go to 00 soon… any thoughts?

you do not need to take it out to clean it until you can slide it back in easily … like 3 to 4 days. make sure you give your ear plenty of time to heal in between
